Program Description

Event Details

Cooks and Books is a discussion group that will meet on the second Monday of every other month to share recipes and explore beautiful cookbooks together. Whether you love cooking an elaborate dinner or are just here for the food photography, Cooks and Books welcomes all experience and interest levels.

In November, we will be discussing our favorite holiday recipes and our plans for family gatherings large or small. Feel free to email your favorite holiday recipe to Adult Programming Librarian Amanda Gibson at amanda.gibson@kcpls.org. We will make copies of recipes to distribute to attendees.

This program is part of the Otis Laury Nutritional Literacy Initiative.
