During Cryptid Week at the library, make crafts of West Virginia Cryptids. Whether they are real or not, it will be a lot of fun making them because sometimes monsters are fun.
Enjoy books, songs and rhymes followed by a sensory play activity.
Brick Builders Club
Children ages 6-12 are invited to participate in this community Brick Builders Club held every other Thursday. Enjoy open building centered around a weekly challenge theme.

Join us for a painting workshop with artist Denean Ayers of Appalachian Gothic. Ayers will guide participants through an adorable painting of Mothman holding a pumpkin on a crisp, fall night.

A five week SAT class with SAT expert Alberto Howe. Students should attend all five sessions
Create a faux oil painting landscape using watercolor paper and mod podge. Then paint in your favorite cryptids using acrylic paint. They can be hidden in the landscape or front and center on the page.
This is the meeting for the TAB at Dunbar. Any teen/tween can join!!! We are looking for teens/tweens who are interested in earning volunteer hours and who would like to help with programming for teens/tweens.
