Lil' Tinkers Playgroup
Join us for Lil' Tinkers Playgroup. During our play sessions we will explore cognitive, social, and emotional development, along with mastering fine and gross motor skills, all through play!
Playgroup
All the fun of a traditional playgroup but with none of the fuss! Drop in to socialize with other families and play with toys reserved just for this age group. Parents supervise their children at this informal gathering.
Keep old memories alive by transferring your old VHS tapes to DVDs! We provide the VCR, DVD, and software for you to save your old home movies in a new format. This program is first come, first served -- no registration is required.

Thursday Afternoon Book Group will be reading White Heat: The Friendship of Emily Dickinson and Thomas Wentworth Higginson by Brenda Wineapple. Books will be available for check-out at the Main Library starting January 5.

Children's Sewing Club
Each class will cover a different hand sewing skill and a small project to make. The sewing machine will be introduced and you will start learning the parts of the machine.
Books & More Storytime
Enjoy books, interactive songs, and a simple craft with your library friends. Registration not required.

Accompanying Adults
This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop offs will not be permitted.

We often photograph and videotape library events. These images are used for publicizing KCPL and its programs. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let the photographer or a staff member know.
