St Albans Writes

The Advisory Board, for the St. Albans Branch Library, is proud to present St Albans Writes...a monthly speaker series featuring local authors. London Blue is a lifelong West Virginia resident and an Appalachian author of dark fiction, poetry, and young adult literature. In 2016, London published her first book, This One’s for You, a full-length book of poetry. After completing her college degrees, she published two horror books in 2021. Masked Mayhem – Maladies is a collection of poems and chilling tales that take place during a pandemic. In addition, The Last Call was co-written with David Musser and is loosely based on the seven deadly sins. She has also had poems published in two anthologies in the past. More recently, From the Ashes, previously known as Crimson Pinnacle Press, has published three of her horror stories in their anthologies and one in the Books of Horror anthology Vol 4. London Blue's latest book is a young adult, dark fiction titled The Tibbar. The story takes place in Coal’s Mouth, which is the former name of the city of Saint Albans, WV.
