Event Details

Join us on the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service for a card-making program to help brighten the day of isolated seniors in the Kanawha County community.

Drop-in anytime during this program to make a card! All supplies will be provided and all-ages are invited to participate in this program.

The Kanawha County Public Library is joined by our partners Bringing Back the Village and Faith in Action. Faith in Action will be collecting the cards made during this program and sending them to seniors in need within the community.

Please remember to keep cards anonymous -- do not include personal addresses or phone numbers. If you wish to sign your card, please use your first name only.

Representatives from Bringing Back the Village and Faith in Action will be available throughout the day to provide information about their organizations and answer any questions from participants.
