Event Details
Visit the Main Library Plaza during the Capitol Street Art Fair to participate in our Summer Library Club community art project, inspired by local artist Ian Bode. Add your own creativity to our community canvas and then see your work displayed on the Main Library's Art Wall this fall.
During the fair, you can also try your hand at painting with Sphero BOLT robots alongside the IDEA Lab, play games, and register to read with our Summer Library Club reading program.
Refreshments will be provided by Friends of the Library.
This program will be held outdoors on the library's Plaza, facing Capitol Street. In the event of inclement weather, this program will be moved indoors to room 308/309. Drop-in anytime between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. to participate.
Check our online calendar for more community art project events happening around our library system this summer!
