Books & ice cream - two of our favorite things! We asked our friends at Ellen's Ice Cream to create a flavor for Library Card Sign-Up Month in September. Their creation? Bookies & Cream, a rich chocolate ice cream with chocolate chip cookies folded in. Yum!
