This month we are painting a sweet Valentine's owl that you can make your own by choosing your favorite colors. Patrons must register for this program, and the number of participants is limited to 15. Please register via the library's online programming calendar or by calling the Elk Valley Branch Library at 304-965-3636. All materials are provided for registered participants.
