Event Details

What better way to spend an afternoon when you are on school break than at the library?!  This hands-on, interactive event will take participants on a journey to explore different aspects of outer space, with activities such as building and launching a straw rocket, interacting with a solar system simulator, and other activities and games.  Join is for some out of this world fun, while learning a bit too.  Activities provided by West Virginia State University Extension Services.

Main Library Patrons with strollers, wheelchairs, or other wheeled devices will find it easier to use the Jacobson Tower entrance on Quarrier Street or the Skybridge entrance via Summers Street Garage.
