Join us in the Mea Cuppa coffee shop at the Main Library for an author event with LaKeisha Barron-Brown, author of Through the Eye of a Crack Soul. Barron-Brown will be presenting a reading from her book and a book signing will follow.
Through the Eye of a Crack Soul takes readers on a journey through Barron-Brown's troubled childhood. Readers will feel her traumas, trials and tribulations, and the impact these had on her young life. A child who was determined not to become a statistic because of her circumstances. Readers will also celebrate Barron-Brown's victories and positive steps towards achieving her goals.
