The Sissonville Library, in collaboration with the Sissonville Library and Cultural Association, is hosting a tribute to Arthur Fisher. Mr. Fisher was a beloved principal and teacher. He also was very involved in the early days of the Sissonville Library and was the first leader of the Sissonville Library and Cultural Association.
