Event Details
Join us for an information session on anxiety and stress, presented by New Horizons Therapy Services. This program will take place on the third floor of the Main Library in our Otis Laury Nutritional Literacy Center. The Center is located on the Capitol Street side of the library, near our newspapers collection.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and the library is hosting mental health programming all month long. Check out our Reading Challenge and other events here.

Main Library Patrons with strollers, wheelchairs, or other wheeled devices will find it easier to use the Jacobson Tower entrance on Quarrier Street or the Skybridge entrance via Summers Street Garage.
