Join Sierra Jones, Hospice Liaison, to explore the difference between Hospice and Palliative Care. Learn how Palliative Care offers symptom relief at any illness stage, while hospice offers end-of-life support when curative treatments are not an option. Get practical guidance on choosing the right care and discover support systems for families and caregivers.
