Medicare plays a critical role in the health and financial security to 60 million older people and younger people with disabilities. Yet, 1 out of 4 beneficiaries say they don’t understand their benefits. This can leave beneficiaries stuck with huge bills and medical practitioners unable to understand why their patients aren’t properly following medical advice. CEO of Just Us Retirement, Tabitha Justice breaks down all the confusion by going over the history of Medicare, the difference between A, B, C, and D, and the state and federal assistance programs.
Presented in partnership with Bringing Back the Village.
